At White Leaf Provisions, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

PRODUCT ISSUES OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or opened, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@whiteleafprovisions.com and include:

- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Providing photos helps us file claims with the shipping carrier and resolve your issue more quickly. We will work directly with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

RETURNS

We accept returns of unused, unopened products purchased directly from whiteleafprovisions.com within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return authorization, please email:
info@whiteleafprovisions.com

Approved returns must:
- be unopened and unused;
- be returned in original packaging; and
- include the authorized return merchandise authorization (RMA) information.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from eligible refunds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:
- opened or used products;
- products marked final sale;
- gift cards;
- promotional or free items; or
- products purchased through third-party retailers.

RETAIL PURCHASES

If you purchased White Leaf Provisions products from a retail store or third-party marketplace, please contact the original place of purchase directly regarding their return and refund policies.
